Amberley West's master jewelers can help keep your jewelry investment looking great for as long as you own it. In the future, if your Amberley West jewelry is in need of polishing, prong re-tipping, stone replacement or other maintenance. you can take it to your nearest Amberley West Authorized retailer or send it to our service center. If you would like us to repair your item, follow the Return Procedures listed below. Once received, our jewelers will review what needs to be done and provide you with a written estimate.
Sending Us Your Jewelry For Repair
In order to process a repair, contact our Customer Service department at 1-888-436-2753. Our customer service staff will provide you with a service tag number. This Service Tag Number must be printed clearly on the box when sent back to us, as it will provide the means of tracking your repair. Enclose a letter containing your name, email address, daytime phone number, return address (where you would like the ring returned to) and finger size. Also, provide a copy of your original invoice. Pack and cushion your jewelry in any standard plain brown box or a USPS Flat Rate Box. Use the following guidelines when shipping and insuring your package.
If the value of your package is $500.00 or less, send your item using First Class Mail with insurance.
If your item is valued above $500.00, use Registered Mail with insurance. The cost to ship your item with insurance will range from $5.00 to $25.00.
If your item is valued above $15,000, contact us and we will assist you in arranging for a secured shipper to handle your item.

Your item should arrive in our office in 2-10 days, depending on your location. Once received we will review what needs to be done and provide you with a written estimate via email. Upon approval of the estimate, your jewelry will be repaired and returned to you within 7 - 10 business days. If you do not approve the estimate, your jewelry will be returned to you as is. Shipping and handling fees are charged for the return of your jewelry in addition to any repair charges not covered under warranty.
