shipment date for a full refund or exchange.
Purchases made at an authorized Amberley West Retailer must be returned to the original store of purchase. Our Amberley West retail partners will stand behind our 30-day refund policy. Refunds will be processed according to the policy of the store of purchase.
For items purchased online at AmberleyWest.com, contact our Customer Service department at 888-436-2753 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Write the RAN on both the outside mailing label and on the original invoice. Include the invoice with your return. Please be sure to securely package and insure your return. If the value is over $500, send it Registered Mail with insurance. It is also recommended that you keep your tracking number or request a return receipt to verify delivery.
Ship online order returns to our corporate headquarters, located at: Amberley West, 150 JFK Parkway, Suite 100, Short Hills NJ, 07078. Again, be sure to write your RAN on the outside of the box.
Depending on your location and method of shipment, your shipment should arrive in our office in 2-10 days.
All authorized refunds will be processed within five days and issued in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires are refunded via company check.
