Shipping Policy

Amberley West realizes your excitement in receiving your new diamond, jewelry, and or engagement ring. Our mission is to provide you with the fastest and most prompt delivery possible.

LOOSE DIAMONDS

Our database of diamonds reflects the inventory of our craftsman around the globe. We never allow a diamond to be delivered to our customers without first inspecting it, and insuring that it conforms to our strict diamond standards. Loose diamonds will in most cases be delivered within 7 business days. If circumstances require a longer period of time, our customer service department will notify you the next business day or sooner.

JEWELRY

Every Amberley West creation is crafted to your specification. What makes our offering unique is that we allow a vast degree of customization in metal, gem type and carat weight. In addition, every ring is manufactured in your size by the jeweler and never sized up or down to fit you. This process requires additional care and time. All jewelry products will have an estimated arrival date listed in the details. Times will vary from next day to 6 weeks for highly detailed orders.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All shipments are insured and delivered via Next Day shipping, usually FedEx or US Express Mail.

If you will not be home to sign for your order, Amberley West can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution, to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced $1000 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

Packages signed for by an apparent representative (i.e. residential occupant, doorman, front desk clerk, concierge, security guard, receptionist, shipping clerk or other functionary at the delivery location) at the delivery address shall be deemed delivered. It is expressly agreed that packages delivered to any address provided by the consumer are deemed delivered to the proper address, and therefore are delivered. The presumption of delivery shall be conclusive.

If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can choose to have it held at your local US Post Office or your local Fed Ex station so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. Find the Fed Ex location nearest you: www.fedex.com.

SHIPPING TO APO & FPO ADDRESSES

All APO & FPO orders must be processed through the military postal service. Therefore, it may take your package a bit more time to arrive. All APO & FPO orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, your package will arrive at the appropriate APO/FPO processing center within 2-4 days. From that point on, we depend on the military postal service to deliver your package in a timely manner. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date.
